I am not sure to what extent these actually help with uti's as I haven't had one in years, luckily. But I regularly take maintenance products and have since the time when I used to get them. These supplements haven't caused any bad reactions or weird symptoms, which is good. But, that doesn't mean they'll help with uti symptoms. I temporarily replaced my cranberry gummies with these - nothing changed for better or worse, except I went from a gummy to a capsule. I prefer a gummy option, but that's a personal preference - I'm sure for some others, that works the other way around. Overall, there is some good stuff in them so I guess you'd have to try and see if they help with symptoms or if they're best used as a dietary supplement. Read more
