Customers find these interdental brushes effective at keeping spaces between teeth clean, better than floss, and easy to use, with one mentioning they're convenient for travel and daily use. Customers report that the brushes bend too easily.

it's great to have if you have a gap in between teeth that can get certain food stuck in there. Flossing can get annoying if it just jams the food further down. Consult your dentist to see if this is a better idea first. Read more
I've been using Piksters for years which was recommended by my Periodontist. These have helped tremendously and I always get A+ for gum exams due to using these wonderful Piksters. BUT lately I've noticed that the metal is not as sturdy as once was & they don't last as long as they once did. Yet, I cannot do without them for removing food from my gums. Read more

Absolute garbage. The four smallest ones broke after just two uses each! That was fun tryin to get a grasp on the tiny broken brush lodged in my rear teeth... The tips are very sharp, exposed wire so be prepared to repeatedly stab your gums; no matter how careful you try to be. While they do bend, they are not rigid enough to stay in position when trying to clean between the rear teeth. They aren't thin enough/don't compress enough to fully clean the entire space between the teeth, so you will still need to floss. These are only, at best, okay for the base of your teeth near the gums if you have a large enough gap and I suppose they might be decent for braces. They are essentially a poorly made toothpick in the form of a sharp wire and brush. Technically, despite the obvious hygiene issues, these are listed as returnable but Amazon would not allow me to do so and refused a refund otherwise. If you have braces, you could maybe give them a try? Otherwise, avoid - use a toothpick and floss. Those work much better despite flossing being a pain in its own right. Read more
Having had gingivitus (a hereditary gum disease) all of my adult life, I have needed to take extra care of my teeth. Over the years and after three surgeries (ten years apart) I now have a lowered gum line which results in wider spaces between my teeth. When used regularly I think these types of brushes work better than floss and the proof for me is when the dentist says there are no problems (like bleeding gums). So why is this brand better? It is because the little rubber coated handles DO NOT BEND. This is a big deal! Years ago with another brand.....the handles were likewise rigid and hard. And then this other (major) brand changed to a little handle that flexes. And all of a sudden, I could not clean my teeth because there was no control in wide gaps. If I tried to push the little brush against the tooth, the handle flexed. Imagine trying to get into any kind of a gap with something that is limp and flexible. So with great anticipation, I ordered this Pikster brand hoping they would be rigid and do the trick. And they did! Perhaps order several different sizes to find your best size. This product is perhaps the best on the market today. Also I have learned that electric toothbrushes really do clean better than manual. If you have a gum problem or want to keep your teeth and gums healthy, use an electric tooth brush and use these brushes (even if you don't floss). Use the Pikster between each of your teeth (and don't forget the very back where food hides). Do this routine at least morning and night. Other wise bacteria has time to take hold. It took me decades and much money given to dentists to learn this routine and I give the advice to you hoping to save you money and save you from surgical pain. Thanks to Pikster, my teeth feel clean again! Read more
