I'm mid-thirties, and I use pimple patches both for pimples as well as for bug bites (which more frequently have fluid to drain than my pimples). I currently have a nasty looking bite on my inner ankle that was clearly swollen at first. Put on one of the patches while I slept and kept fingers crossed it would stay put. It did! Despite all the moving I do in my sleep, it was still firmly attached. When I removed it, the swelling had decreased significantly and I could see some pus held by the hydrocolloid material. With these, they're harder to see any drainage. I don't know if that's tied to the "special formula" that enables better adhesion or if it's tied to the coloration of the patches. I've not seen either the cloud or sun patches show visible pus collection while they're in place, either. With clear patches, you start to see the white gunk as it comes out which is kind of nasty... These, the designs seem opaque enough to hide that. I need to shower with a couple of these patches on me to see how they hold up to water, but I think they likely do better than average. The problem with hydrocolloid patches is that they're hydrophilic - they love water and absorb whatever they can. It's why they work for acne. But that also means that cheaper patches that have adhesive exposed at the edges will just slide off if you shower. With these patches, I don't feel any stickiness around the edges of the patches; that's a good sign. $12.99 is a great value for the quantity provided here, especially since these do such a good job at staying put. If you're a teen/someone that doesn't mind the colorful patches on your face, you can trust these to stay put until you're good and ready to remove them.... No surprise exposure of angry, pus-filled pimples for you or getting an urge to pick at them in public and turning an already subpar situation into a bad one with bleeding. I personally really like these and will keep them in mind for when I run out - as someone prone to bug bites, I go through them pretty quickly! Edit: I put on three patches at different spots on my legs (top of foot, inner ankle, inner knee) before hopping in the shower. All three stayed put. So, if staying power matters to you, these are much better than the average ones I've tried. Read more

I got these pimple patches for my three teenaged daughters who are starting to have some break outs and so far so good! They love that they are cute with plenty of colors and designs to choose from. Much more fun to wear than skin colored patches that just look awkward. So far they have stayed on really well whether they wear them during the day or overnight. No redness, rashes, or irritation with use for any of them. They have been effective at taming down the inflammation from their pimples and I do think they help reduce their size more quickly than leaving them untreated. Overall we are really happy with the quality and affordability of these patches! Read more

These pimple patches look to be designed for kids/teens due to the fun designs and colors, but they are actually quite large. For me, that's a bummer - I'd prefer a clear patch if it's going to be so big, but my kids assure me, these are now cool and they love them. So taking their input and leaving at 5 stars because they do work, and apparently also look cool. There are three different styles, they are colorful, and they absolutely will cover any zits or pimples! I use them for back spots because I don't like the bold colors, but the younger people love putting stickers on their face, so cool. If using after washing and drying, like at bedtime, there will almost always be a reduction in size and redness the next morning. No more popping and picking at skin - just slap on a cute sticker and be good in 1-2 days! Cool idea, very effective. Obnoxious looking from a mom's perspective but cool from a kid's. No issues with sensitive, dry, or oily skin. Read more

These pimple patches are a cute and fun way for me to help treat stubborn acne spots. I love the different cute shapes like stars, moons, clouds, and sun, and the sheer amount of patches you get for the price. Each sheet of patches is individually sealed in a plastic pouch and also has a plastic cover sheet to keep them clean and protected. Very easy to use, just peel one off the sheet and stick it on a pimple like a sticker, pressing for a few seconds to really adhere. These stay on overnight when I'm sleeping without falling off, but are easy to remove with no pain. I've had no skin irritation with these so they are gentle, and they help pimples heal by preventing me from picking at them and seem to help dry them out. The patches are larger than expected and can cover even my large hormonal acne spots. My only criticism is they don't seem to draw out as much "gunk" from the pimple as other brands I've tried. But for the price, quantity, and cute designs, I still think these are a good value. Read more

I really really love these patches! Its the same as any hydrocolloid patches. They work as good and much cheaper than the ones I used to use. Moreover, they're so adorable! The ones I used to use cost around 10 buck for 50pcs. These are literally 3 times more for just a few more bucks. I have tried them a couple of times and it has the same result as the circle ones. I had no problem with them folding when taking them off. Furthermore, it has salicylic acid and tea tree oil. However, I could see the tea tree oil being a problem if you are allergic to it. The scent is fine. I can smell the tea tree oil when I open the package, but after putting the it on, you don't smell it at all. Its just concentrated inside the packaging. The only downside is that, if you want to go outside. You'll have a cute little patch on you. Moreover, you can't cover it with makeup unlike those clear ones. Overall, I highly recommend them and very much worth the price! Read more
