Sadly, these have both too much and too little at the same time. On the one hand they had a little too much stickiness, and I found they irritate my skin when removing them. On the other hand, they didn't have very much structure so I don't feel like they made as much of an impact on my snoring. I do really like the little tin case they come in, and the inside is reflective almost like a mirror so it helps me to be able to apply them in the right place. I'll definitely keep using that!
