You get what you pay for
The item isn’t bad it’s just not comfortable. And yes I know it’s meant to correct posture but that’s not why it isn’t comfortable. My intention was to wear it under my clothes and you can feel the Velcro on your skin and it rides into your pits which is a whole different problem since it’s fabric and if you keep it on through the day or even just during a workout it stinks. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but this thing really does the job. I sit at a computer most of the day and my shoulders were starting to round forward pretty bad. First time I put this on I immediately felt that “pull back” in a good way. It’s not super complicated to use. Took me a minute to adjust the straps the first time, but after that it’s easy. I wear it for a couple hours at a time and it definitely helps remind me not to slouch. It’s firm but not crazy uncomfortable, overall I’m happy with it, my upper back already feels better. Read more
