The brace across the chest is the most comfortable one I tried and provides support so you can continue workouts and other activities. As other reviewers noted, the velcro is not strong enough to hold. It pops open! I would also prefer the fabric to be perforated to make the brace more practical for sweaty workouts. I would give it 5 stars for support, but only gave it 3 stars because the problem with the velcro and lack of breathability make it immpractical. Read more
