It gives a decent support after my dislocated shoulder and is nicer than a whole arm brace. I measured myself and ordered the size accordingly and it fits. This is a joke. Not even Houdini could figure out how to put this on. I watched demos over and over, but it just doesn't work doing it yourself, especially if one of your shoulders isn't flexible. The gel pack for cooling or heating is the size of a hand, not nearly large enough to provide any relief. I had a friend help me put it on, and even with two people it took over an hour. After all that hassle, it wasn't strong enough to hold my shoulder in place and it took forever to get all the various pieces off in decent enough condition so that I could return it. Read more
