I bought these orthotics a month ago, but wanted to test them out for a few weeks before giving a review. I wanted insoles since I work in healthcare and am on my feet for long hours every day. They have been a total game changer. My feet don’t ache the way they used to after a long shift. They feel sturdy, supportive, and comfortable. Since they felt good at work, I decided to bring them with me on a recent trip to Thailand and I’m so glad I did. Between long walks (15-20k steps/day) and standing in long lines, my feet stayed supported the entire time. No soreness, no fatigue. I've owned numerous orthotics and insoles over the years, mostly due to my high arch feet and need for additional support for my daily power walks. When I bought custom fitted orthotics at a podiatrist practice, I became a full convert of orthotics but they had two major drawbacks: high price and slippery surface. I came across Podbod Orthotics by accident, and I'm glad I did. What makes them unique is the multiplayered design depicted in product detail page. These are certainly my first orthotic insoles to feature gel padding on the bottom surface (closest to the ground). I can definitely feel them during power walking, as I've logged 10 miles so far. I can also feel the rigid support from the "Semi-Rigid Nylon Shell". They seem to provide critical support in my years old Nike walkers that used to give me unstable lateral support. I have pretty bad plantar fasciitis and bought the standard arch style. It’s hard to describe the material that is used in the heel area but it feels really good and absorbs shock well. They’re comfortable and I don’t have any heel pain when using these, definitely will get new ones when these wear out. Read more

These insoles have been a big help with my plantar fasciitis and overall foot pain. You can really tell they’re podiatrist designed—the support feels well thought out, especially for low arches. After wearing them for a few days, I noticed less heel pain and better comfort when standing or walking for long periods. They fit well in most of my shoes and don’t feel bulky. The cushioning is firm enough to provide support but still comfortable for daily wear. I also like that they help with stability and reduce foot fatigue throughout the day. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was a short break-in period where they felt a little stiff at first, but once broken in, they felt much better. I really like the product. The orthodotic fit perfectly with the shoe size shown in the size charts on the webpage. I have more of a bounce in my step and have no discomfirt while wearing them. They are made of a strong, durable material, that you cannot find at a normal store. These are a money saver considering the high price tag of orthodits you would otherwise get from your physician.
