Great product, no issues at all. Connected easily. Simple "drag and drop" to transfer files. Just what I wanted and needed. As a first time user, I am satisfied with this product. The noise level is very low, the size is great (personally) I usually use SD cards but I wanted something bigger so I won't lose track of it. Reliable so far, sturdy and quick. When I have music files playing from it and simultaneously save a spreadsheet or Word doc it sometimes 'blanks' the music until the file is saved (half second). Not a big deal, but..!!?? Still would recommend as capacity, size, and value match the reliability. I guess I had it for a month- if it fails in the future, I'll update this. Read more

With only a few days to report on, so far all is good. Arrived quickly. Easy to set up for a Mac. Just reformat using the Disk Utility and for a back up, just ID and choose it in "Time Machine" settings and you are good to go. But as for its longevity, I will have to wait a few years (hopefully) to comment on that. But small, good cable with USB-3 and USB-C (with adaptors) lets me immediately plug it into my USB-C only laptop. Read more

It has decent capacity and doesn't make much noise. Sometimes it glitches , and you have to plug it in again to put stuff on it though. It doesn't weigh very much and you can fit it in a pocket if you need to. It fits well into the USB port of your computer with its cable. It works fast enough I think. Read more
