After the TSA confiscated an identical item I overlooked in my purse, I found this item. While it isn't as well-made as the one I had for 10 years (nothing has been since Covid), I still think it is a great value and a useful item for a ladies' purse. I am always chipping a nail or needing something to cut a loose string, and this has nail clippers, a file, a small pocketknife and a surprisingly sharp and useful set of scissors. Mine did not come with a leather case however, but I was so trauamatized by losing my original set at the airport, that I don't really care. It has a sturdy chain, which I can attest to, because my purse gets a workout. I would highly recommend this product. For a ladies' purse, get the smaller set. Read more

First impression, cute packaging! Hard to just throw it away! The clippers are a bit heavier than I’d prefer to hang on my keychain, but they feel great in your hand. I couldn’t figure out how to open the clippers as putting my finger on the blade end didn’t seem like a great idea, but that’s just how they open (pull up from the blade end) and it’s not sharp at all. The clippers remain floppy when open, I expected them to snap into place, but it just took a little finagling in my hand to get the hang of it. The clippers cut very nicely as do the knife and scissors. No complaints, but I am imagining they’ll be too bulky for my liking to keep on my keychain which I often have carabinered to my belt loop. We shall see. I might just get the nail clippers only model for my keychain. Oh, and the flat side is very shiny and shows fingerprints instantly. So i use to have cool led flashlight which was relatively bright on my keychain, this was before phones had lights on them, it finally broke so i needed to replace it with something useful. So searching through Amazon i tried to find something multipurpose and cool, i ended up with two thing in my cart after going through hundreds of items, this and the multipurpose snowflake tool. I bought both, but the snowflake tool is too large for my keys. THIS THING IS great! The knife is really sharp! I use to just use my house key to open boxes but with the knife it's so smooth and useful for other uses that need a sharp blade. The nail clippers are amazing I've used them quite a bit more than i thought I'd would. scissors are a plus but the knife is so sharp i haven't even used it. This knife blade and clipper are super sharp. Be careful. The blade is quite small. Probably similar to small swiss army knife. The clipper is a different story. The handles are long for good leverage. The blade is super sharp and opens wide. You can definitely clip knarly toenails with this. I like that the file surface extends to the edge, unlike swiss army. But, it is not very rough, so filing takes more effort than I'd like. The screwdriver tip can be used to clean under nails if desired, but probably not as easily as a purpose made blade on swiss knife. Read more
