The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to help power my RV. I wanted to have enough power for everything to be running without a problem like the microwave, A/C system, and refrigerator. This combination powers up to 7200 watts of power which shouldn't be a problem to help power everything in my RV. I also chose this system as it's very quiet without having to use a noisy gas powered generator. The main unit comes with various charging ports ranging from regular home outlets, usb ports, type C usb ports, and a 30amp port as well for a 30amp powered RV. Included in the main unit are three forms of charging it. An adapter to plug into the wall at your home, a car adapter cable, and a solar panel adapter cable. The extra battery that came with the package comes with the parallel cable to plug into the main unit to help get the most out of this combination which is 7200 watts. seems to be okay so far. When turning on, it takes a little while for it to internally "warm up" to be ready to use/charge. If you try to charge it immediately after turning on, it gives you an over-temp warning which is a bit concerning, but when it's ready, then it charges without issue. Different current power input is good to do trickle charge during high grid use times or conserve if recharging using gas generator. Good alternative to bigger mainstream power supplies. Website says you can register for 2 additional years warranty. I've tried doing that several times but I haven't gotten any sort of response regarding it even though it says you should get an email, so hard to say from a warranty perspective how it would go... Purchased this with 2 extra batteries, for nearly 12KW total capacity. Total usable power capacity from my rudimentary testing appears to be about 10KW. I paired this with an automatic transfer switch and sub panel so when the power fails it automatically kicks in and is able to power my entire home for over 24 hours, of course without HVAC/Stove/Dryer as it lacks 220V split phase output. We can once again live a normal life during the numerous brief power outages we get whenever there is a thunderstorm. We chose this as a full solar setup does not really make economic sense here in Georgia, as the electricity is cheap, the buy back rate is pitiful, and the required paperwork/permits are onerous. But, I keep the unit charged using 3 360w non portable solar panels. The built in charge controller does a very good job at maximizing charging efficiency, and is able to recharge from around 10% to full in a little over a day entirely on solar. I have never powered or charged it using AC mains, but plan on connecting my generator to it for extended outages when sunlight isn't available. The app for this unit provides good functionality information on usage and charging, however its a bit finicky in providing updates and manual refreshes are needed. The app also lacks notifications. Why 3 stars? People seem to forget that five stars is perfection, while this unit is a good value, it is far from perfect. It lacks UL listing. No information is provided on duty cycle. The telescoping handles are nearly useless. As it's located on the bottom of the unit, you have to first tilt the unit back to fully access them, as the unit is heavy this is not an easy task. The design of the cables to connect the extra batteries requires much space behind the devices and is a bit short for a versatile installation, right angle connectors would be much better allowing closer placement to a wall. You can not vertically stack the units. The plastic is very cheap feeling, the hinged outlet cover fell off and broke the first time I opened it. Shipping is terrible from this vendor. NOTHING ever arrived on or near the expected delivery date. Of the three boxes shipped, 2 arrived over a week late. I was promised $20 gift cards TWICE for this inconvenience, but they were never received. They falsely reported on several occasions that the packages were shipped, but the FedEx tracking just showed as "Label Created" for about a week. There were no other reviews when I made my purchase over a month ago, the seller did urge me a few times to immediately leave one, but I haven't fully tested and integrated the product yet. The price seems to have gone down as well. Update: The seller has provided a third party report that indicates testing of UL compliance was completed on July 28, 2025. They have issued a $20 refund for one of the shipping delays. I was asked for my email address and offered a free accessory of my choice (DC charger, a PV200 solar panel, or a waterproof bag) several times, which I have declined. Read more
