Do not purchase
This machine is a piece of crap! Used this one time to clean my not so bad tub and shower. It absolutely did NOT clean as shown. I HAD to scrub while using it and then the job was done ...ok. I went to use it the next day to clean a client's horribly filthy kitchen and no matter what I did...that machine will not work. I had cleaned it the day before, I did all the troubleshooting and I am sick of having to return crappy stuff!! I DO NOT recommend this product to anyone. How disappointing. Read more

Does a good job
This is a portable steamer that works well for different projects. I mean, use it to clean around my cooking areas and the walls as the grease tends to splatter everywhere. It’s not magic. You still have to do some scrubbing and luckily there is a scrubber attachment. The element heats up quickly and within seconds you’re ready to start putting steam to whatever you need. The steam cuts through grease and dirt nicely however, for bigger projects, you’ll need something bigger. This only does a little bit at a time. All in all it’s good for home use. Read more

Not the best
I do not like the plastic nozzle pieces, they are abrasive, scratchy plastic that I don't want to use on my fabric sectional so I ended up using no brush tip but simply the wand with the steam spraying out. I didn't notice this steamer cleaning my tile shower better than a toothbrush with some cleaning detergent would. On the contrary, I ended up switching to a toothbrush and powder to clean my grout as it felt like less work for the time and effort put in. To be honest, I haven't owned or used a steam cleaner before so I don't know how to compare it to others. I wasn't impressed though; it did not seem to make my things cleaner for the work and time put in. Read more
