Returned the defective one and received another quickly. This one works perfectly with strong pressure for cleaning your teeth. The big thing about this portable unit is that it is easy to clean after use to prevent mold or other problems. Battery life is excellent. Water capacity is more than enough for thorough cleaning. Holding the unit is comfortable. Charging is USB-C. The price is very modest. I would buy it again. Out of the box, after reading the instructions, it will not pump water. And, yes, I did pull down the stainless steel tube so that it was under a lot of water. I will try to exchange this unit and hope the next one works properly. It does look well-made and designed. I just received my travel water flosser and LOVE it. I have been using a WaterPik cordless one for travel and have never been happy that I couldn't completely empty the water tank. This new one completely eliminates the problem and works great. I highly recommend it. Read more

Over many years I have tried a variety of Amazon flossers including the over priced Waterpik. Most proved to have quality or design shortcomings. This flosser is by far the best one so far. It travel packs easily. The nozzle does not thread in but snaps into place so it always faces the right direction. The nozzle can be stored cleanly inside the flosser for travel. The pump is more powerful and smoother than other flossers. The battery seems to go longer before charging. I only wish it came in more than white so it would be easier to separate from partners flosser. Read more

I like this flosser it has good power and does a great job of cleaning between my teeth. But I bought it to travel with and share with my partner. I would like to order some additional tips. Where can I order additional flosser tips? Read more

Very nice! Considering it’s “portable” and that sometimes means less power, this thing works great! Just powerful enough. It came packaged nicely, easy to assemble and use, and easy to clean. It is, indeed, portable! Not an obnoxious size. I have nothing bad to say! Read more

I own and use a popular brand model at home and normally don't travel with it, but I picked this up before a weekend trip. It's a great compact and portable option which seems to do everything my permanent one does. A single charge worked for the 3 days I was out of town. I filled it maybe a centimeter below the fill line because I was always afraid I'd tip it over while trying to attach the motor unit. That amount of water allowed the flosser to run 1:47 so I'm betting it would make it a full 2 minutes if you went all the way to the fill line. When you're ready to use this, look for the blue metal circle on the base of the white motor unit. This telescopes out to fit the full length of the clear tank. You then slide the tank onto the white motor unit and turn it a little so it's got a stronger hold. There's not exactly a "click into place" feel, but you can see that it's been turned enough to make a stable connection. The water flosser starts up immediately when you turn it on since the hose is super short (the length of the water tank), so you do have to make sure you're positioned to avoid shooting water across the room. That lack of a second's delay got me the first couple of uses, but I've perfected my technique and am now good to go. There are high, medium, low, and pulse water flow options. All of those worked on the unit I tried. You could bring all of the tips in the provided travel bag, but for my trip I selected only one style to bring along. If you're able to narrow it down to one tip, you can clip that into the small storage section of the base unit and leave the rest at home. This is intended to be packed into a suitcase when traveling vs set out on the vanity all day/every day, so I'm a little concerned about the water hose inside the white motor unit fully drying between uses. I've had it out on my home vanity since my return to hopefully dry out before I pack it back into the box for my next trip. It looks like you could swipe the water hose clean with one of the wire metal straw cleaners but I don't have one on hand to double check width. Overall, I'd recommend this item as worth the money if you're a daily water floss user and prefer not to miss a few days during vacation. Read more
