It works like it says. When you put it on, it pulls you up and your shoulders back. Now realistically, unless you are toned/not have baby fat from labor, you cannot wear this all day if you are on the chubby side like I am right now. It kind of digs into my fat by the armpits.... I recommend wearing it 2 hours a day like it says to do. A few hours of wear of fine and feels comfortable! When you move around a lot and are chubbier, not so much for a long day wearer. 4 stars. Having some neck pain and can't wear it right now due to injury of something else.. would be 5 stars if I was 1. I shape. And 2. Didn't have neck pain 3.
