I’m honestly impressed with this posture corrector. It’s super comfortable once you adjust it correctly. The first time you put it on the straps look a little confusing, but after you figure out how they work, adjusting it becomes really easy. I wear mine every single day, Monday through Friday, from 5:30 AM until 6:30 PM. I work at a desk all day, and my back is usually the first thing to suffer, but with this on I’ve been able to manage that pain so much better. It definitely helps with posture, it won’t perform miracles if you’ve had bad posture for years, but it absolutely supports your back and keeps you aware of how you’re sitting. The material is great quality and very well made. It has internal support pieces (almost like small rods) that really do their job without feeling heavy or uncomfortable. The first day I used it, I tightened it way too much because I was excited. It felt amazing at first, but after a few hours I couldn’t breathe and by the end of the day my ribs were sore. That was 100% my fault, not the product’s. So my recommendation is: don’t over-tighten it use it the way it’s meant to be used. It doesn’t make you look slimmer and it’s not meant to “shape” your body, but as a support tool, it’s excellent. Holy cow.... I have tried other posture supports and returned due to being uncomfortable or poor quality. The instructions around how to make the perfect fit on this one for you are clear and easy. Put in on, and just like the advertisement, my shoulders went back and I felt immediate support. Already sharing this with friends. I purchased the S/M - I am 5'8 and 129 lbs. Fits perfectly. I was worried the straps going under your arms would be uncomfortable - they are nicely padded, and once you adjust the straps for your fit, you are golden. Not sure if would improve posture but does greatly help back pain when worn for brief time. Do need to use an unloved shirt to go under as velcro hard to keep off clothing when putting on/taking off. Pleased with purchase. As a small woman, it's a little large but by playing with all the tightening options can get it reasonably tight. I highly recommend this if you have a neck hump !! I sit for 8 hours or more so my posture is really bad but thanks to this my neck receives some relieve.
