The product works as described. What I found was the interior diameter of the potty seat was 6 inches, not ideal for a petite toddler as they can not comfortably sit. The second stair is locked in one place on one side only, the other side rests on a plastic shelf and shifts every time the child steps on it. Read more

My littlest is having my a hard time with the potty training. I was excited to try this set to function as a seat, the steps to the sink, and included a tracking chart with stickers. The seat itself is a little cheaper, but soft and comfortable- I like that it came with a replacement for when it comes apart, so it should last the full time we need it for. The height was easy enough to set. The steps were a little odd that the lowest one was on the ground instead of an inch or two high, it’s not quite tall enough for my sink, but it’s better than nothing- though my little tried to stand in the sides and tipped it over. It is easy to set up and remove. Easy to clean and folds down nicely. My little is loving the sticker chart which beats having to store a treat in the bathroom. My biggest downside to it was trying to latch it into place before first use. One side would not budge to lock into place, finally had to unscrew and twist the plastic notch some to get it to latch. It works great as a potty seat with ladder, but can also be used as a step stool for the sink, which makes it useful beyond potty training. Setup was incredibly easy. It basically just opens and locks into place. The extra seat padding and the little motivation sticker set were a nice bonus and made it feel like a complete kit. The seat attaches easily to the toilet with adjustable height and fits both round and elongated bowls well. The handles are a good size, and because the unit is freestanding, it’s much easier to move aside when not in use compared to models that need to be folded up or leaned against the wall. The seat itself is padded, and the multiple non-slip pads keep everything secure. It feels more stable than our other options, whether it’s being used as a step stool or as a potty seat.
