For what it is, it's a nice exercise tool. Being older i needed something that i could work with and it has helped to build up the muscles in my arms. I have found that i move it a little in my hands to find the most resistance as i am doing an exercise. It functions well, seems very sturdy and so far so good. thanks. Read more

WILDLY over exaggerated resistance. This was maybe 7lbs to 10lbs at the very most. It could barely stop itself from flexing under its own weight. Completely useless. Read more
