I use these kind of q-tips when I'm putting on my makeup. I typically buy the name brand "Q-Tips" however after purchasing these, I'll never buy the name brand ones again! The quality of these q-tips is AMAZING!! They do NOT have loose fibers/fuzz like other do which can get stuck in my mascara when I use then to clear off any excess mascara that I may have accidentally gotten underneath or on top of my eye lids. They stay very tightly compacted together even after I soak them with make-up remover. They allow my makeup lines to turn out PERFECT! The q-tios are very sturdy and not at all flimsy. The price can't be beat! I normally spend about $3 for a box of 150 of the "Q-Tip" brand--- with this brand I got around 600 q-tips for that price! Read more

These are awesome! So yeah, it is just a cotton swap that is angled, but there are so many advantages to it. For starters as the description says, gun cleaning. If you are cleaning out barrel or cylinders, or even polishing these are great as they are extra length. For makeup my wife uses them for the fine details since it has a point on them and we have so many of them. Cleaning or putting some conditioner on your dogs paws and they get all squirley? You don't have to open there paws up like a caveman anymore and can dab these in their paws. I don't know, something so small, wouldn't think much of it, till you use it. Great product. Read more

The best thing about these? There are 500 of them. Also: 1) the cotton swab stays on just the way I want it to - long enough to get some precision detail cleaning done. 2) the cotton swab comes apart just the way I want it to - after some robust action, it'll start to come apart, giving me more surface area to swab up more gunk, more quickly, without coming dislodged from the end of the stick. 3) I like how the sticks are made of Bamboo - a green solution. They are a TAD wimpy, but so far I've accidentally broken only one. I am using these to swab (endless) tiny nooks and crannies in a 1970's vintage 4 track reel to reel tape deck that unfortunately appears to have done some time traveling back to the 1930 dust bowl.
