Bought this one based off of the reviews and it's great! Yes, you really do need to sift it through a sieve or else it'll be clumpy and won't dissolve properly. However, if you sift it, it'll be fine and will blend beautifully. In the mornings I drink matcha in lieu of coffee and I feel like it gives me an even better boost of energy without the crash, like coffee does. It does have a slight "seaweedy" smell to it after whisking, however it doesn't taste fishy. The quality of it overall is good for the pricepoint and is great for every day matchas.
