I can't remember the last time I wrote a review. However, these are fantastic. When I received them last night I could not put pressure on my heel when barefoot and it hurt even in my highly cushioned Hoka running shoes. These things took away ALL the pain. I can walk normally with these on and no shoes. I can wear my minimally cushioned sneakers. They are incredible. I highly recommend. (NOTE: I am 5 4 and weigh 115 lbs. The heel cups are comfortable in slippers and just over gripper socks. There is some challenge with bulkiness inside shoes that have a close fit across the top of the foot. The velcro straps make sizing adjustable, easy to use, and they stay in place inside your shoe. The heel cups seem to be very durable and are slip resistant. Read more

Good product and very helpful for that pain on my heel!! Just keep in mind that if you wear it with shoes on the top part where the velcro is becomes kinda bulky so you might feel your shoe tighter than usual. Another thing I noticed is that there are no bigger sizes so if you have a wider foot it won't close all the way so it will be to tight and to be honest I'm not sure if this product should be worn with or without socks but I tried without socks and I can feel the velcro rubbing my skin cause my foot is not that slim so the velcro is actually touching my skin and without socks is definitely painful so keep that in mind! Extremely comfortable and very useful for your heel pain. I danced for more than 2 hours just because of this. Otherwise, its impossible to continue after 30 to 40 mins. Worth it. Read more
Oh my goodness! These feel wonderful! I went hiking in Arizona for a week. Got back home, and my heel was hurting badly. This has helped my right heel tremendously! The only suggestion I have for the seller, is to maybe have a larger size available for Women, as one size most likely would not fit all, if a person had wider feet. They do fit me though, and I am thankful for that! Read more
They work remarkably well to relieve the stone bruise that often accompanies plantar fasciitis. They're not comfortable enough to wear out and about with shoes, but they do just fine around the house. They were a pleasant surprise. Read more
