When I received them last night I could not put pressure on my heel when barefoot and it hurt even in my highly cushioned Hoka running shoes. These things took away ALL the pain. I can walk normally with these on and no shoes. I can wear my minimally cushioned sneakers. They are incredible. I highly recommend. (NOTE: I am 5 4 and weigh 115 lbs. Size and velcro opinion

Good product and very helpful for that pain on my heel!! Just keep in mind that if you wear it with shoes on the top part where the velcro is becomes kinda bulky so you might feel your shoe tighter than usual. Another thing I noticed is that there are no bigger sizes so if you have a wider foot it won't close all the way so it will be to tight and to be honest I'm not sure if this product should be worn with or without socks but I tried without socks and I can feel the velcro rubbing my skin cause my foot is not that slim so the velcro is actually touching my skin and without socks is definitely painful so keep that in mind!
