A small steam cleaner that is compact and actually works is hard to come by. Several of the tips don't really work, but a few of them do. The electronics allow the device to heat up quick. Though the device is awkward with a short hose, it definately works for small steam sanitization projects. I could say this is the dream product for any woman who loves to see her kitchen spotless. Besides being incredibly easy to use, the results are immediate. The constant pressure of the hot steam completely and instantly removes dirt, especially grease. The actual handheld steamer and short attachments work great for this price range. Very quick 15-20sec heat time, auto shutoff, don't have to hold button down continuously, quick pause, powerful hot steam on the high mode especially. **But,** DO NOT use the hose attention if you buy this one. It is hazardous, shoots out jets of dangerous steam at multiple places including where you need to hold the handle of the main attachment. Burnt my hands. Tried electrical taping the end of hose, helped a little but not a long-term solution, just melts the electrical tape. May return it, still looking for another one under ~$120 with >1200W, broom/hose attachments w/o dangerous steam jets, quick-heating, continuous steam feature w/o holding button. Maybe one w/ a floor tank. Even the Shark versions have complaints so aside from like professional options, not sure consumer competitors offer an altogether better alternative. Purchased for my daughter after her little one came home from school with head lice. Works like a charm. Easy to maneuver. Heats up quickly. Just make sure it's cooled off before removing the cap, as with anything that makes steam. Can steam large surfaces as well as cracks, etc. Full tank lasts quite awhile. Great steam quality.
