I am 5'9 between 140-150lb. I have been wearing several of these turtle necks in Large (black and yellow), I love them, but ordering in blue, I decided to order XL in case I gain weight, I love the look of both L and XL. The image I attached is in XL. The fit of the neck is firm as I like it, I don't like turtleneck sweaters where the neck part is lousy, the purpose of it is to keep warm as well as for style and if it doesn't sit well, as is the case with many turtlenecks on the market its just annoyance that you constantly feel adjusting to keep warm because the neck stretches out, not to mention that it looks sloppy. These sweaters are great in every way. Good feel of material, I hope it holds through multiple washes, slim fit that keeps shape pretty well throughout the day, excellent arm length, I have long arms so its important and they are thick, so they are excellent for cold weather. I wear them when temperature outside is 55°C or below. Love these and all your other sweaters, keep making them! Read more

Really nice quality material and on the longer side, which I liked. It definitely fits snug so you might want to size up. Unfortunately I have to return it because it didn't fit me properly around the bust area and under the arms- it kind of "poked out" giving an extra fold which looked odd to me. Maybe that's just the way it fit my body. Otherwise it's gorgeous, so I'm sad I have to return it. Read more

I bought this for a costume and was really needing the dark gray color that it looks like in the picture. What I got was a regular gray, but oh well, it'll work. Going off of other reviews based off my height and weight (5'7", 160lbs) a larged seemed reasonable. I should have gone with a medium because the arms are long and the shirt stretches, so even if it shrinks a little, a smaller size would fit better. For my purpose, this shirt didn't 100% fit the bill. If I bought it to wear out in public, then ya, this is a good shirt (I won't wear this in public because turtle necks are extremely unflattering on me). It's comfy, stretchy, and looks nice. I really like the ribbed turtleneck. The knit is tight and is a good weight. It feels nice and soft, but with good structure and nice elasticity. Assuming it washes well, it should be a solid wardrobe staple. I ordered the "lion" color, and it was as pictured. The length hit me 7" below my natural waist, so it was fine - easily covers my midrise jeans. Sleeve length hit me just below the wrist at the top of my hand. The fit was just a hair snug. The I am 5'7", 135 lbs, and typically wear a small (I have a similar ribbed turtleneck in small from another Amazon seller and it's perfect) but I might try sizing up to a medium if I buy another sweater from this brand.
