Very nice pan. I choose this pan because it was inexpensive and the side i was looking for. I'm working away from home for a few months and just wanted a pan big enough for onr person to have eggs or pancakes for breakfast. It heats evenly and nothing sticks. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose a different pan I had to return, food stuck and hard to clean and pricey, but this 8 inch pan has met my expectations, which is food doesn't stick. I mainly use every morning for eggs - past 13 days. For my husband I put in about a tablespoon of olive oil, swirl around to cover bottom, then make sunny side up eggs, flip to cook top slightly. Then use again with olive oil again to make scrambled eggs for me. NO sticking for either method. I use medium heat. AND the pan is heavy enough that it does not wobble- important for me. Easy cleaning because of no sticking or residue. Nice cool silicone handle. And the price was very reasonable. Now what to do with the other 6 or so pans that I have that didn't work? Read more

TL;DR - This is an excellent pan. Buy it. I am surprised and pleased by the weight and quality of this pan. It was purchased to replace a cheap aluminum Tramontina skillet that wouldn't work with my new cooktop. Right out of the box you could tell this was a high quality pan. It's heavy. The base is quite thick. It sits perfectly level on my induction cooktop. It actually sits on the cooktop better than my high-end Calphalon sauce pan. The handle comes packaged separate from the pan but includes a screwdriver to attach it with. The handle itself attaches to the pan in kind of a socket fashion. So it does not simply screw flat to the side there is a part of the handle that you can't see in my photos that fits inside of the metal that sticks out of the side of the pan. The fit of the handle into the pan is superb. It looks like it was molded there. And the handle is not hollowed out, it is solid and feels really good in your hand. I like this pan so much that I am going to purchase a small sauce pot to replace the anodized aluminum Analon pot that I have had for a decade. One thing that I like about this pan is that there are no rivets going through the pan to hold the handle on. A lot of cookware touts that as a plus, but the only thing rivets do is hold gunk around them and make it hard to clean. So now I specifically look for pans that do not have riveted handles. Nice pans but finding that some foods like scrambled eggs stick. Makes clean up a bit more work but otherwise I like the even distribution of heat. Read more
