I needed a new blender to replace the Oster (Waring?) that leaked and (separately) burned out. Amazon refunded the price under the Amazon insurance. I wanted a new one in the same price range but the reviews were so iffy or I had negative experiences with other brands’ small appliances (Cuisinart 4-slice toaster, I'm talking about you -stick to food processors!). This one kept coming up in my searches, had few but great ratings but was out of my price range. Suddenly, price reduced, I ordered. I like how the measurements on the side of the jar are etched into the jar, so you don't have to worry about them rubbing off over time. I also like how they sell other attachments for the blender like a food processor. I have used the self cleaning function several times and it works pretty well, sometimes the water doesn't get all the way to the top of the cap, but it does make cleaning easier. This blender is loud, like all high powered blenders are, but it is way quieter than my old Blendtec. Overall, I'd highly recommend this blender. It's lovely! Read more

UPDATE: 11-30-25. The seller did reach out to me to resolve the issue with the blender. They did offer to make things right by issuing me a refund. I was happy to hear back from the seller and pleased to accept the refund offer. Because they reached out and followed-up with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction, I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars. This seller provided good customer service follow through. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Purchased March 29, 2025 and blender quit working today, 10/21/25. I have used it once a week on average for liquids and soft dairy blending. Never used for anything heavy duty. Before writing these comments, I watched the provided customer service video demonstrating what to do if the blender quits running. First thing I noticed is the blender graphics in the trouble shooting video are for a blender that looks nothing like this model blender. I mean nothing like this model MDHAND 1400W. The instructions said to check to see if wall outlet has power and yes, why yes, the wall outlet does have power. I followed the rest of the video directions. Finally, instructions indicate press reset button on bottom of blender. I found one tiny unidentified button (i.e. no labeling or print of any kind) on the bottom and performed the reset press of button and blender remains non-functional. The blender has a strong smell and it's the smell of overheated motor. I'm sure the motor has siezed. I rarely leave reviews but am today because I am so disappointed. I overlooked the loud noise level of the blender as so many others have also commented on. I was willing to have a loud machine if it performed the job. And it did until today. If I happen to hear anything back from the company after leaving this review and they offer to make things right, I'll update. Read more
This is a great product. It’s very sturdy. The motor is powerful, the blades are super sharp ( be careful of your hand) and it is very easy to use. We have made perfect margaritas smoothies, chopper veggies made sauce. The attachment are easy to switch out ,can be put in the dishwasher. This has saved us so much time trouble, I highly recommend it. Definitely get this if you like cook and bake often. Read more
The media could not be loaded. It works but boy is it loud. Definitely can't use for morning smoothies unless you want to wake up the entire neighborhood. The gear sounds inside make me worry it won't last. Read more
