The ankle straps have good Velcro and work for my usage. The door anchors are smallish if you have a 1/2 inch space above or below doors. I’ve never used the sleeve but I had to deduct a star for the smaller handles that rub my flesh with irritating plastic straps and the foam rubber grips are poor quality.
