It shuts off before the rice is cooked.
This rice cooker worked correctly twice. Now, it shuts off when there is still lots of water and the rice is raw. It will not go back to “cook”, only “warm” setting, even when I manually try to change it. I have wasted three pots of rice attempting to get it to work. And worse yet, the company will not return my phone calls, voicemails or emails. What a waste of money! Read more
