Very nice clippers—well-made and heavy duty. I don't have good hand strength, but I had no problems squeezing the handles together. There is a latch at the bottom for safety and storage, and a silicone type cap to protect the blades. Checkering on the handles helps to insure good grip. Comes in a nice little plastic zippered pouch with a square of soft cleaning cloth. I do wish they had come with some instructions as I am not totally sure how to use this moon-shape type of clipper, but I'm sure there are plenty of tutorials online.
