I have used this vacuum 1 time on Friday, 12/5/2025. 1. There is not a customer service phone number to speak with someone, which would have avoided this 1 star review. 2. The Electric Power Nozzle has stopped working completely. I read the very limited troubleshooting info, and what they called a manual. I did everything it said to do and more. NOT WORKING. 3. $650 and used one time on a basic commercial carpet in a condominium. How does this happen? Is it the quality of the material? The power nozzle did look a little "plastic-ee". 4. I pay for cleaning services for this building and now they cannot vacuum. I WILL NOW NEED TO HAVE THEM COME BACK AND PAY THEM THE AFTER-HOURS HOURLY RATE. Read more

cord fire in cord coming out of vacuum and severed hose!!

i have bought 2 of these vacuums, unfortunately. the first one caught fire in the cord coming out of the vacuum because the little wires inside became bear somehow and were arching!!!!! so thinking that was a fluke i bought another one. only 1 month later the hose severed by where it merts the hard plastic by the canister. this is extremely problematic as i am using this vacuum to run my business!! so i show up to a clients house and my vacuum stopped working because it caught fire! then thankfully at a different clients house my hose severed and caused me a ginormous headache as i still had another house to clean!!!! please fix thses issues as this vacuum has potential but....its dangerous and non functional and costs almost $700 and made in the USA?? do better 🇺🇸 Read more
