wish it came with another charger for the 2nd battery and wish the on/off switch was reach able when it is on your back. The concept of this is great — cordless, backpack vacuum. It looks good. Is a good weight. The harness is comfortable and highly adjustable. The tank is easy to see the fill level and easy to take apart for emptying. Overall it’s well designed and quiet — except for what it is supposed to do — suck. If you have anything more than dust to be picked up, don’t use this. Screws — too heavy. Paper shreds — too heavy. This is an overblown duster. Seriously. The suction from the hose is barely enough to clean out window tracks. Honestly, for $800+ HARD PASS. I’d send it back but I threw out all the packaging because I believed the manufacturers claims of being the best because it’s American made. Sorry. This is a great vacuum for what I am doing. Has plenty of suction. I am cleaning a 23,000 sg ft gym with a rubber floor and astroturfing. It does not work very well on turf but is great on the rubber floor. Only downside is they have an ORing at the bottom debris dump that is not secure so if you dont know it you will throw it away which is why I am on here now. Read more

One of the Battery Packs malfunction and stopped charging properly it is unable to power the vaccum. This occurred just after just a few months. Vacuum has not be used much. Less than 8 times total. I’m quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the fact that the battery pack gave out so quickly Luckily it came with an extra, however you need a back-up battery since the since one battery pack only last 30 mins of continuous use I have to order another battery pack.
