wish it came with another charger for the 2nd battery and wish the on/off switch was reach able when it is on your back. Light weight ,great suction and with two batteries we can clean alot more rooms in the school building without tripping over a cord. Great for portable classrooms that are pretty tight to vacuum . This makes it a breeze getting around the desks and chairs in a tight space. Read more
The concept of this is great — cordless, backpack vacuum. It looks good. Is a good weight. The harness is comfortable and highly adjustable. The tank is easy to see the fill level and easy to take apart for emptying. Overall it’s well designed and quiet — except for what it is supposed to do — suck. If you have anything more than dust to be picked up, don’t use this. Screws — too heavy. Paper shreds — too heavy. This is an overblown duster. Seriously. The suction from the hose is barely enough to clean out window tracks. Honestly, for $800+ HARD PASS. I’d send it back but I threw out all the packaging because I believed the manufacturers claims of being the best because it’s American made. Sorry. This better not be the poster child for American excellence because it is a complete underachiever. Bad purchase. Read more
I love the attachments on this vac. The power isn't to shabby for the price tag. Could use just a little more suction but the attachments sorta make up for the lack there of Read more
This is a great vacuum for what I am doing. Has plenty of suction. I am cleaning a 23,000 sg ft gym with a rubber floor and astroturfing. It does not work very well on turf but is great on the rubber floor. Only downside is they have an ORing at the bottom debris dump that is not secure so if you dont know it you will throw it away which is why I am on here now. Read more
One of the Battery Packs malfunction and stopped charging properly it is unable to power the vaccum. This occurred just after just a few months. Vacuum has not be used much. Less than 8 times total. I’m quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the fact that the battery pack gave out so quickly Luckily it came with an extra, however you need a back-up battery since the since one battery pack only last 30 mins of continuous use I have to order another battery pack. Other than this the vacuum itself is ok I’ll give an update after receiving the next battery pack . Read more
We were very disappointed. The concept is great - a cordless backpack vacuum cleaner - who could ask for more? The reality is, • the suction is poor - anything larger than a lint ball gets stuck “somewhere “; the darn thing isn’t ‘light’ - our housekeeper had a sore back before she finished; We were so excited, but now we’re disappointed and must return this to Amazon.
