I have definitely seen a difference in my teeth, particularly when using consistently. They have not made my teeth more sensitive and there are areas where my gums recede a bit and those areas would have been most affected. Unlike others, I do not find them difficult to remove if you follow the directions (or even if you deviate a bit from them). I recommend for sure. Read more
I think these were pretty effective. My teeth were noticeably whiter after initial use. I will say by the 8/9th day, I did notice slight sensitivity. I also didn’t use non-fluoride toothpaste as recommended, so that could be the cause. I’d buy it again in a few months so that my teeth don’t become too sensitive. Read more
After one use my teeth whitened noticeably. However I have one or two teeth that are zinging and quite uncomfortable. No sensitivity to gums but man the zinging tooth is odd and unexpected. I read the reviews and found maybe one person that had sensitivity after multiple uses and this happened to me the very first use. Now I am questioning did I leave it on slightly longer than 30 minutes. I guess it is possible even though I spend the entire time wondering if it is time to take them off yet.
