It has slightly lightened my teeth after using it twice. It did leave white spots on my teeth, which it does state on packaging it will disappear. There is a typo on the package so whoever checks those things, needs to fix it. The instructions dont state which strip goes on too or bottom. It does stick teally well. You dobt have to worry about them sliding off. In fact, it was a struggle to get them back off. Read more
