I have purchased two of these mattress protectors and they have worked flawlessly. Its a simple plastic material with a soft white cloth on the top of the plastic. The corners are made of a stretchy elastic material that will tightly fit on your appropriately sized mattress. If your looking for a inexpensive item to protect your mattress that you may have just bought or looking to keep your existing one from any accidents this will do the trick. The only thing I can think that could be slightly annoying is that because this is partly of plastic it will make a slight rustle noise when you move around on the bed. Durable waterproof mattress protector. I have bought this brand for all the mattresses in my house. They have held up to drink spills and bed wedding accidents over the years. They're very durable and tend to last many years including frequent washings. The fit is as expected for the appropriate mattress size. I don't find them very noisy under the sheets either. This is a great basic mattress protector, it is not as expensive as most and it is not lined with plastic like many others so it won't make noise when you lay on it and it does not make you sweat the way that plastic does. the material is also a little streachy so it will fit well. I have had a Queen sized one for a couple of years now and have washed it several times without any problems. A few months ago my cat got a urinary infection and had a BIG! accident on my bed that was mostly blood, nothing made it through the protector and it washed up with only a minor shadow of a stain from the blood...
