I’ve been using this pull-up assistance band as part of my home workout routine, mainly to improve my pull-up form and gradually build strength. It provides noticeable support without feeling unstable, which has helped me complete full, controlled reps instead of struggling halfway through. The adjustability is a big plus. Being able to change the level of assistance makes it easier to progress over time rather than relying on the same amount of support every workout. The foot rest feels secure and comfortable, and it stays in place throughout the movement without slipping. The band itself feels thick and durable, even when fully stretched. I’ve used it several times a week, and so far there are no signs of fraying or weakening. It also stores easily and doesn’t take up much space, which is ideal for a home gym setup. Overall, this is a solid option for anyone working toward unassisted pull-ups or looking for extra support during training. It’s functional, well-made, and useful for a wide range of strength levels. This pull up assist set does what it claims. The bands and straps feel sturdy, and setup was straightforward once everything was laid out. The manufacturer claims support up to 350 lbs. I’m around 240 lbs and it handled my weight okay. No snapping, slipping, or sketchy noises during use. The assistance is noticeable and helpful, especially if you’re working toward unassisted pull ups or trying to add volume without burning out your joints. The straps and padding are decent quality. They're nothing luxury grade, but not flimsy either. Everything feels secure once adjusted properly. One nice bonus is versatility. With a little creativity, this can be jury rigged for other exercises like assisted dips, resistance work, or rehab style movements. If you’re into DIY fitness setups, you’ll probably get more mileage out of it than just pullups. That said, this is clearly aimed at home gym or garage gym users, not commercial or heavy duty gym environments. Long term durability under daily heavy use remains to be seen, but for the price and intended purpose, it performs well. Also comes with a nice storage case. Read more

Says 350 lbs support but that is a lie. I am only 150 and I used all 4 bands and there is very tiny amount of support. Definitely no where near 350. Maybe 75 pounds of support with all 4, even though each says 75 lbs. I started out with 1 no support, 2 no support, 3 tiny bit, 4 bands small support. Also the band that goes around the pull up bar is unnecessarily long. They feel solid quality wise but the bands inside are weak and don't give 350 lbs support. Read more
The media could not be loaded. *** READ FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY*** Doing pull-ups is a foundation exercise. Performing pull-ups without assistance brings all kind of health benefits and overall general strength. However, to build beyond general strength you either need to add weight to the exercise (for example a weighted belt) or you have to add reps...enough additional reps to instigate muscle hypertrophy. The problem with unassisted pull-ups is that you are unable (typically) to get deep in a rep count and volume of sets to absolutely fatigue muscle (triggering hypertrophy in the lat muscles). The reason unassisted Pull-Ups struggle at muscle hypertrophy is because other things are fail from your grip strength or threshold strength whereas half reps and 3/4 reps only produce failure without hypertrophy. The trick with muscle hypertrophy is typically done by reducing the load and performing a full range of motion in the exercise... And this becomes the issue with pull-ups and hypertrophy. With 375 lb to work from... This heavy duty pull up Assistant bands not only allows for you to perform full range of motions even when you would typically be fatigued... But does so what the level of convenience that rivals a commercial gym. You fix the rig to the pull-up bar. I would suggest installing all four bands with the included carabiners. And as you progress through a pull-up program you start off by engaging enough connected bands so as you are able to do high volume reps... And as you fatigue you start adding additional bands. The fatigue you feel when you reach muscle hypertrophy is wonderful. Not only do your lats feel wiped out... But they also feel swole. Some things about this that need to be improved are... - No instructions - Better quality carabiners, more inline with industry standards. Not only are these carabiners the weakest part of this whole system but they also do not function well as they routinely get stuck in open and closed positions. Also better carabiners would allow for more types of connection points (while anchoring system) and this opens up more creative use of the parts of this system (i.e. support other exercise equipments)... D-rings, carabiners, and straps are always useful what home gyms. These carabiners are too tiny to be useful... And barely work within this system. Some things that are noteworthy about this system... + Absolute tremendous value for the price. Once installed it gives you a commercial gym like convenience adjusting the assistance for the system. It's very well engineered design. + Nice and durable bag ... The entire kit fits in the bag + Very nice durable nylon straps... That would be useful for a lot of other training (not just with this kit) + Wrist straps are really nice.. nylon with padded neoprene wrist straps and heavy duty leather bar wrap. For the value, the convenience of adjustments, the creature comfort allotted for DIY home Pull-Ups, and being able to do assistant Pull-Ups to engage hypertrophy work with the exercise... I give this a strong buy recommendation! Read more
This is a nice set up of resistance bands and my son is happy to have them. They are easy to set up and use and feel like a way to get the exercise needed. They are well made and said to hold 350 pound working out. My son says they seem to be made durable for at least that much weight and maybe even more. The price was affordable so I can assume they will be added to several family's gift list. Read more
