The assembly on this was fairly easy and the quality of the material is solid so once this is fully constructed it feels just as solid as what you would find a commercial gym. Super versatile you can do dips, pushups, pull-ups, captains chair, and lots of other things if you add bands to this. Pull up bar is solid so the sturdiness is high quality. You can create a really valuable workout and get a lot out of this as long as you actually do the exercises. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone with space for this in their home. Even if you don’t have a home gym, instead of getting a pull up bar for a doorway, get this instead and have a complete workout. I'm not much of a gym buff but i'm trying to get more active and the best way for me to do that is to make it super accessible so I recently started putting together a home gym setup. I was super surprised at how much of a workout this is. It gives you a lot of upper body and core options in one piece of equipment. Core is especially one of those areas that I find really hard to fit in. Assembly took some time, but it was straightforward as long as you follow the steps and tighten everything down evenly.
