The filter is extremely easy to install, comes with ample directions, and is compatible with my system. I have yet to experience leaks. This is a great product, it attaches right to the faucet and makes a huge difference in taste - it definitely removes a lot of the icky elements you don’t want in your water. Install can be a little tricky, but getting the vertical hub instead of the horizontal one makes it easier to install and reduces leakage. Water pressure when the filter lever is on is a steady stream that is not too weak or strong. I gave it only 4 stars because each filter doesn’t last as long as it says it should. I do use it for all my water needs and I drink close to 100oz a day, so the filter only lasts about six weeks; however, I’d like to note that I also use filtered water for my nespresso maker, when making soup, teas, etc. So I’m constantly filtering water.
