Hard to assess the benefits but who knows?
I think my eyes are a bit better in overall functioning. But that is not a rigorous scientific claim. It could be due to other factors or within the range of placebo effects. I did change other factors such as using lubricant eye drops and eating more spinach, too. That elusiveness is true for many supplements. What I do like a lot about this product, and the Puritans Pride products in general, is the overall high quality of their liquid-filled capsules. The ones I have received are really nice little products. They are easy to swallow and pleasant to use. Read more

Great if you have extremely dry eyes and painful eyes from dryness
I used to have extremely dry eyes and sharp stabbing pains in my eyes. I had to use special eye drops several times a day and it only provided a minimal amount of relief. I started taking this product a few years ago and within a few months of starting it I had no more pain in my eyes and I rarely have to use eye drops anymore. Read more
Good Product - Lacks Value
I've been taking these supplements for nearly 4 years now and I've been more than satisfied with the results. It's small enough to swallow easily and sits calmly on my stomach. Unfortunately, the value in the past 6 months or so has plummeted. When I first started purchasing they were $6.67 for the 60 caplets. Now at $23.00+ I have to delete them from my subscribe and save shopping list. Luckily there are other sellers on Amazon with a better value for this item. Read more
