I never leave Amazon reviews, 1st of all. 2nd of all, I bought this on the strong recommendation of a friend, and I was skeptical, because I didn’t understand what the big deal was. But now that I have used a few of the disposable cutting boards, I never want to take my cutting boards out of their annoying cabinet again! These are so sturdy & easy. Who knew pretty paper could withstand sharp knives? And they make clean-up a different kinds of food so simple & sanitary. I didn’t need to wash between chicken, veggies, etc - I just pulled out another one. One time I labeled one “dairy” with a sharpie I keep in the kitchen, bc I wasn’t ready to throw it out and had just cut some cheese on it. My kids came into the kitchen and used it for their sandwiches. No cleanup needed. Eazy Peazy. Great idea! The underside could be a little less slippery. I only cut vegetables and cheese on my wooden board. I bought these to replace nylon cutting boards for meat. I am concerned about micro plastics. I cannot find any mention of plastic in these, but it must be there. at least they are single use. Read more

These do not have the elevated edge to keep juices from running off the cutting board. The photo shows the higher edge. They are flat. I will use them but wanted to write the review that the photo does not match what they ship. Read more
