First off, I love the product for ease of use, quality and dependability. I use the mount on my bikes and in my car. Great products. Unfortunately, after two years the mount fell off the windshield and I could not get it to hold again. Their customer service quickly resolved the issue and sent me a replacement mount. They were easy to work with and the new mount has lasted several months without disengaging. Great product but I always stay loyal to companies that stand behind their products. Thank you. Read more

This thing is absolutely fantastic because it is so simplistic and works perfectly! I bought a very nice (and cheap) phone holder which attaches to the vents, and as nice as it was, brushing against it the very first time broke one of my vent blades. So since I'm already using a Quad Lock case, I opted for this direct from the company (via Amazon, of course). I wish I would have just done this from the very beginning. With the 3M tape on the back and the curved base, it fits perfectly on my dash. In my humble opinion, it is WELL worth the extra money. It comes with an extra 3M double sided tape in case you want to relocate it, and an alcohol wipe to clean the area before mounting (you must do this first in order to get it to stick securely). The adjustment on it is a little bit more difficult than some, but because of this very reason it will absolutely not budge once you have it tightened on the back (the pivot ball is rubber instead of plastic, so it very firmly grips the holder). Also, despite what the pictures may imply, you are able to pivot the holder in any direction. I was a tiny bit concerned at first that it would only go 90 degrees to one side, but it is fully pivot-able in any direction. HIGHLY recommended if you have a Quad Lock case for your phone, or plan on getting one!! Read more
I have used quad lock mounts for a couple of years now on my motorcycle and this one seems just as good with the exception of the adhesive (double sided) tape, i ended up getting some better tape and it the mount works good now. Read more
I used the quad lock on my motorcycle so this was a great addition for the car. Only negative is that the unit is bulky so placement is very important or else it interferes with visibility. I placed it to the left of steering wheel and it took a bit of patience to get it set up right with getting the lock turned and the space for hands! Otherwise now its set up, works great, just bear in mind the changing location too, this means for me a cable running over steering column to charge phone but that little hassle. Great product. When you use it , the case locks in and gets stuck. You have to unscrew the whole car mount and then take pliers to take it off. Worst product along with case. Read more
Stays put except on the very hottest day swings between cold and hot. If you’ve used a suction mount on your windshield you know what this means. Temperature expansion/contraction can always dislodge these, this one is as resistant to that cycle as any I’ve had. It’s super stable and doesn’t allow much vibration to the phone. Easy to position exactly as needed and keep in an unobtrusive corner of your windshield. Best version of a suction mount I’ve used by far. Of course you have to buy into the quad lock ecosystem (phone case required at minimum) to use it, but quad lock’s stuff is all great, if not cheap. Read more
