I ordered these gummies because I had trouble swallowing the capsules (they are too big.) These are vegan and I can't have gelatin so it was perfect. However, my shipment must have sat in the heat and all the gummies melted into a glob! I contacted the company via Amazon and they responded in a very short time. They sent me another shipment that contained ice packs! Bless them! Now I can see they are shaped like little bears, not a blob! So tasty too. I couldn't be happier with this product and the company. I’ve ordered this many times in the past with zero problems. Our family regularly takes these gummies and enjoy the benefits and taste. Tonight my recent order was delivered and within five minutes of Amazon leaving my driveway, I brought the package inside and immediately opened it. Sadly all the gummies are melted together in one giant lump. Completely unusable. Apparently, Amazon had these on their truck, in the heat, all day. I need my money back or a quality replacement.
