These pillows are awesome! Even my husband, who claims he can sleep on a rock, says he sleeps better. Since using this pillow, I've noticed I get fewer headaches. I will say though, we had to put a bolster pillow behind the headboard so it wouldn't keep moving around on me. They're super silky, so they tend to shift during the night. Once we figured that out, it's been perfect. I also love how cool this pillow is, it really helps me sleep through the night. I do want to mention that they won't fluff up completely unless you let them sit overnight. Don't be impatient like I was and just lay on it because I really needed headache relief, but they do send you an extra bag of fluff. So you can fluff it up and make it bigger. However, the original stuffing is probably enough for most people. And if you need more, you can always take some from one pillow and add it to another. Thick pillow but it is also very soft,comfortable, especially for neck and back. Got it on sale as the regular price is too expensive. I also got lucky with the chemical smell disappearing after a day of airing it outside. Comes with extra filler material so you can adjust more thickness to the pillow. Sleep hot or have hot flashes? Get these and bamboo sheets/curved cases. I have had a curved pillow for a decade as a side sleeper. Brand was discontinued so I thought I would try these. Love being able to customize fill. Foam is very supportive and not lumpy. They are cool to the touch and you can flip or roll over if you start to overheat for a fresh cooling sensation. So yes, they will heat up a little if you are having a hot flash, but the fabric cools down pretty quickly. If you sweat a ton, they don't feel damp or sticky, but also depends o your pillow cases. They have held up to multiple washes. You will see the blue pattern under white/thin cases, but who cares if you can sleep better? Iβm a side sleeper and have struggled all my life to get a pillow that wouldnβt cause me neck and shoulder pain. Have had this pillow for several months now and absolutely love it! Was nervous on how thick it was and it does give you an option to add or remove padding and i decided to try as is. It was perfect!
