I originally got this because it wasn't too expensive and would be easier to use than my hair dryer. I'm VERY happy with my purchase. This little thing is so light, and heats up very quickly too. Things to be aware of when using: when you first turn it on it isn't going to be hot enough to fully heat shrink the shrink wrap. It will do most of it but it won't do the perfect seal. Then after just a few seconds, you hit a sweet spot where all of them are shrinking perfectly. Then it starts to get a bit TOO warm and you need to back away from the object you a shrink wrapping. If you are too close when you shrink it, it will cause holes in the wrap. This is all user "error". It's just something you have to get used to. There are SO many that come in the pack that you could practice quite a few and not make much of a dent.
