I bought this after I experienced some sensitive gum issues and it was very helpful. The toothbrush is very soft/gentle on teeth and gums. It's durable but not as strong as adult toothbrushes. Sometimes my toddler tolerates brushing his teeth and the big bristles are great to brush his teeth as efficiently as I can. I don’t have to worry that I’m not brushing certain tooth or part of a tooth. This gets it all including his gums. Sometimes I’ll brush fast which can make me brush hard and he doesn’t like it.
