Works very well. Has greatly helped prevent my severe wrist pain from using pc. Comfortable. Older one i had went under fingers to much and was WAY to tight around thumbs, this one is not and lets me move fingers freely. I can use a mouse with it on. Can type with them on, just took a little adjustment. Pre vents me getting wrist pressure from desk edge / table edge when using pc. can use and not end up in so much pain i can't move hands for days. Love this brand. underneath and above support, free finger movement. comfortable. SIZE MEDIUM average for men unless big handed then get large. MEASURE WRIST. most woman will be small, most men medium, very big handed wristed men will be large. Read more

Great braces for carpal tunnel issues or other hand/wrist problems. I wear them at night and they are comfortable and keep my hands from clenching up which reduces tingling and numbness. The hook and loop connections are solid, but the areas around the thumb holes are fraying after only a couple of weeks of use. These are a must have once diagnosed and until you opt for surgical correction. Read more
Perfect! I purchased these to replace others that had velcro enclosures on the inside of the arm that rubbed clothing and caused issues. This one has velcro enclosures on the outer arm Plus it has closures across the base of fingers making it fit much better. Read more
As a male carrier I deal with carpal tunnel syndrome pretty badly some weeks because of all the mail I handle. And so I broke down and decided to get myself some wrist braces to at least wear at night. And I made sure to find something that wasn't a one size fits all because I am a larger woman and I don't have dainty wrists. Came across these and they had medium and large available so I opted to get the large and they are a perfect fit. They are really comfortable, breathable, and they have double reinforcement in them. There's the bar that runs up under your wrist to your palm and then it feels like they have more reinforcement that runs across the top of your wrist. I don't normally find that in some of the other cheaper ones I bought that didn't fit well so I'm really impressed because I was able to get two of these for the price of what I paid for a one size fits all at the drugstore. Definitely a great deal and they look good too. I wouldn't be bothered wearing these to work. Read more
I considered getting an operation but tried these first. My wrists recovered sufficiently after a couple months wearing them, all day and night for a couple weeks, and then just at night overnight. Attenuation in pain and numbness was rather subtle: I didn't feel an appreciable difference immediately. It made a huge difference over a couple of months. The job that caused the problem in the first place was done before I bought these so I had no heavy lifting--allowed me to heal. I believe the wrist guards prevented me from putting stress on the inflamed areas because the area was thus mostly immobilized. And they were not uncomfortable, yet like any glove-type device there were things that were harder to do with them on. Easy to take off and on and very adjustable. Sleeping with them made a difference too because I'm not aware of my stresses on wrists while asleep since I move around a lot. Knowing they were protecting me from that allowed me to sleep easier with less worry about reinjuring. Read more
