I brought this to help with my knee rehab, using cold and hot therapy. I used cold packs and then this knee massager for heat. It worked very well and helped with my knee pain and recovery. My only complaint is that the design and fit are not great. The upper strap needs to overlap the controller (I guess because my knee is too small), and the lower metal strap guide is at an odd angle, which prevents a tight fit. This red light therapy knee massager was initially everything I hoped it would be and more. It’s rechargeable and made my knee feel so much better however it’s been 5 days since it was delivered and now the battery life will only allow me to use the red light therapy “without” the vibration for maybe 5-10 min and then the battery dies. What is odd is that the battery always shows a full charge but will not turn back on. I am sending this one back and ordering a replacement. I’m really hoping that the one that I received is just a defective unit. I will update my review after receiving the 2nd one. The battery is not replaceable sadly so if the 2nd unit fails like the 1st one- I will have to keep looking for a different brand. UPDATE- The replacement unit is the same poor quality battery. The display shows the battery, however the battery level doesn’t change , it never shows the remaining power nor when it’s fully charged. When it works perhaps at most 15 min before needing a charge, it works well. However this unit spends hours charging for only 15 min of use. I am sending it back for one with a better internal battery, or has a USB plug for a battery power bank or one that plugs directly into the wall. Very disappointed in the product. Read more
