This pillow does a great job of supporting my back and it is very comfortable. The quality seems good and it is soft but firm enough to support my back. It curves around and has armrests to support my arms and it is just the right size. I used to try and use regular couch pillows to support my back while sitting on the couch or in bed but it was always difficult to find the right size pillows and they were always awkward to use. This pillow is just perfect because it is designed to support your back. It has a slight tilt to it so you can sit at a comfortable angle while reading or watching tv. I've used it on the couch and in bed so far and it works great in both situations. It also comes with a headrest that can easily be removed which is pretty cool and the cover can easily be removed to wash. Super comfy! This reading pillow is just what I was looking for. It adds just the right amount of support for me to read or play a game while stretched out in bed. Had a warranty card in the package, I emailed them as instructed and they were quick to respond with the info I needed (great warranty on the item!!). The pillow came compressed. I let it sit for 24 hours and it took shape nicely. I like the firmness of the pillow. Its like memory foam and not plan stuffing that will go flat quickly. I'll be honest, I don't do reviews. But I had to for this product. This Reading Pillow is absolutely amazing. I was skeptical at first because it looked to good to be true and the price was perfect. When I received it I was amazed how well packaged it was. NO smells of chemicals or no misshapes. It is absolutely perfect and comfortable. Excellent back support pillow! I bought this because I wanted something that would provide me with a better seating position on my couch and this fits the bill and more! The pillow is firm enough to not be flimsy and includes additional neck support. The armrests are low enough to keep your elbows from resting on it while being long enough to allow your forearms to rest on it which is ergonomically good as it prevents tension building up in your neck and shoulders. Having grown up in the 70s with the old, soft, wedge style backrests, I was please to see that a modern ergonomically designed backrest has been created. It works perfectly, for reading or working on the laptop, while in bed. In addition to providing the much needed support, it is also very comfortable.
