I have three gripes with this product: the battery is very slow to charge, and the charge port isnt USB C, and it can't effectively run plugged in. Most of us have moved on from Micro USB. Many people don't even have cords any more. It's a tiny bit more for USB C licensing, but I would have paid the extra for it if any of these listings were any good at telling me the actually important information about the product. I know that there are models out there with a better battery (li instead of NMH) but it feels impossible to identify them. NMH is heinously slow to charge. I'm sure this was a cost optimizing measure that works well for most people who are only using one of these ocassionally, but if you're looking to do regular detailing, or batch-work this one isn't for you. The fact it can't run off of the power provided by a cord means that the battery charge rate can matter a lot. It's another small but frustrating oversight in terms of usability. Honestly while using the thing to defuzz my couch I felt myself wishing I had bought two of them so I could alternate between them, or a better one. It does the job when it's charged though. I de-fuzzed a small and large couch with it (it took several charges) and it's still running so I know the unit is holding up ok. I have a shirt it won't defuzz yet because the fuzzes are visible but still too small so it would be nice if it had a way to really get up close for that shirt but it has done well on several pairs of pants too. The unit also has a very small waste bin, so if you're doing more than one or two outfits at a time be sure to have a waste basket nearby to empty into. It's reasonably comfortable in the hand, not terribly noisy, didn't damage anything I used it on, and when things were finally done they were much nicer to touch and much smoother. Read more

At first I thought it was a dud. I wasn't seeing results because I didn't realize it had a clear cover🤦🏼‍♀️😅. Don't forget to take it off. It's easy to use, lint trap fills up quick but it's easy to clear out. Great way to give your clothes a second chance. Read more

I love this item!! Simple to use. It’s a big plus that it is rechargeable instead of battery powered. May take a few passes to achieve the desired removal, but it’s still a great product.
