We've been using this travel bidet for over a year now and it's been a game changer. We pretty much just use it on the one setting and don't use the oscillating pressure option. It's as ergonomic as it can be given it's compact size and the buttons are easy to access without looking at them. When the water reservoir is full, it usually is enough for two uses. It's great because you can fill it with warm water -- I don't even get warm water with my toilet bidet at home! It comes with a replaceable nozzle, which we haven't had to use yet. Battery life is great -- I just charge it once before a trip and it lasts at least a week. I always use a bidet at home, but travel a lot for work. I stumbled on these travel bidets that I never really knew existed. Well now I do and it's a game changer. This can be filled with warm water and used to wash yourself with three different settings. It has a light/heavy/pulse setting next to the convenient on/off button. The extending arm folds down and the whole thing separates and stores inside the water tank for travel. I will say the force of the water jet was stronger than I really expected, but not quite as strong as I wish it was, in order to really get clean.
