I am a newbie when it comes to red light therapy, so please keep that in mind when reading this review. I ordered this red light therapy mask because I keep reading all the articles saying how great it is for your skin. I am of a "mature" age, so I am interested in anything that will help with wrinkles, of which I have a few. I have been using this mask consistently 3 times a week for 2 weeks. I am only interested in anti-aging, so I only use the 660nm (red) wavelength. I started slowly at the lowest light level until I saw how my skin was going to react. I am now at the highest level and have had no adverse reactions to using the red light mask. Of course, 2 weeks is not enough time to see any changes, so I will have to come back and update my review at a later date. I am hoping to see an improvement! The mask was comfortable to wear, and I liked the strap at the top to help hold the mask in place. I do wish the instructions were better. I had to Google red light therapy to see the best way to use this mask. I will absolutely come back at a later date and update this review and let you know the results. Just as an aside, I would NOT expect results like the before and after pics they show on the product page. It is not a miracle worker! The instruction pamphlet mentions several medical conditions that you should not use this red light mask with, such as lupus, so you want to check with your doctor before using it if you have any concerns. After I use this, my skin glows. It's effective. I have to be careful not to overdo it with frequency and intensity because it gives me dark spots, but that's user error. I feel my skin has improved since using this mask. Read more
