I have used red light products for a couple of years, but this is the first time I purchased one for home use. It was easy to start using, because the pictoral information on the start guide made it really easy. I like that I can change the settings for what I need. I use it while lying down now because it is so relaxing. The velcro flaps that fastens it on are wide and help it be comfortable. I put it on full light setting and enjoy the way it makes my face feel while using it. There are three modes available, so I tried all three the first day just to check them out, but have used just the red light ever since. I absolutely love this mask. It is comfortable. I bought 3 of these. one for me and 2 as gifts. Works so well. Great quality, love the box it comes in and very effective. I am not new to red-light therapy so the first time I used it, I did full strength for 20 minutes and I had a lot of redness, almost like a slight sunburn.
