This Neck/Chest Device has the same strength as the Face Mask that I own, and that's a must. I needed it to have both Red Light (visible) and the Near-Infrared 850nm Red Light and this device has just that. I'm aiming to use it 4 times a week, 20 minutes a session. Personally I use it to feel more "energized" and I do feel that way after every session. As of recent I been feeling sick and hopefully this helps me (even if just a bit). Comes with 5 settings but of course if you want the max benefits use Setting Number 4. Putting it on is easy and with this device you don't have to worry about charging it. Just plug it in & you're good to go. The heat it generates IS felt. But all you have to do is don't press it super close and you'll be alright. Overall I feel like I got my money's worth. I was really hoping I could use this on my neck after a car accident. However, after 10 minutes it burned my neck so I had to return it. I do have other larger red light therapy pads, but this one seemed so perfect and I was hoping I could wear it as I used the computer or watched a movie.
